The developers have a very workable plan to expand what is already one of the top equestrian destinations in the world by creating a world-class event center and horse park based on the American Quarter Horse and the many other American horse breeds.

Lipizzaner Stud Piber Starts New Winter Season

From November 1st, 2013 to April 4th, 2014, the Federal Stud Piber in West Styria offers daily stud tours for visitors at 11:00 hrs and 14:00 hrs (also on holidays). During the one-hour tour you will visit the Lipizzaners in their stables, the farrier as well as the stud's inner courtyard and the carriage house. After the tour feel free to browse the souvenir shop or visit the cinema. Meeting point and ticket sale in the souvenir shop also on weekends.
