Vita Flex Keeps Victory Team Dressage Rider Lisa Wilcox’s Mounts Made in the Shade

Vita Flex Victory Team dressage rider Lisa Wilcox is smiling three times as broadly since the Gold Coast Dressage Association (GCDA) Made in the Shade 1 & 2 Shows, August 17-18, at the Palm Beach Equine Sports Complex in Wellington, FL.

Thanks to this 2004 Olympic Bronze medalist's comprehensive training and nutrition program that includes Vita Flex® Accel and Vita Flex® Lactanase supplements for her equine partners, Wilcox set rock-solid scores all weekend in the Prix St Georges and Grand Prix tests.

Wilcox and Jacqueline Shear's seven year-old Belgian warmblood, Galant, were not to be outridden at Wellington in their Prix St Georges 2009 FEI Tests of Choice (TOC) on Saturday and Sunday.  Galant gallantly delivered a winning score for judges Kathleen Barbosa and Sue Malone Casey on Saturday (68.092%) and set the bar even higher on Sunday with a commanding 70.658% victory.

Riding Betty Wells' 10-year-old DeNiro/Rohdiamant-bred, Denzello, in Saturday's FEI TOC, Wilcox and 'Dino' scored 67.394% on their Grand Prix 2009 test to finish in second-place. They returned Sunday to claim a second FEI TOC reserve finish while improving their score to 68.723%.  On a second 10 year-old horse, Tess Gilder's KWPN gelding, Zen, Wilcox came down centerline for a 66.053% score in Saturday's Prix St Georges TOC and complemented that ride with a strong 65.987% in the Prix St Georges TOC on Sunday. Wilcox bolsters both mature campaigners using Vita Flex® Accel and Lactanase.

“I'm very excited about the upcoming season,” says Wilcox.  “I have some very talented horses readying for the small and big tours, including traveling to Europe for the CDI's with my top Grand Prix horses, Denzello and Pikko del Cerro.”
