Whiz N Tag Chex is the newest addition to the National Reining Horse Association’s (NRHA) Million Dollar Sire list. Over the last week at the NRHA Cowtown Classic, Whiz Boom Bang (owned by Upstream, Inc.), Jeweled Tag (owned by Michael Martin) and Show N Tag (owned by Javier Melo) were top earners and won over $12,000 to push Whiz N Tag Chex’s unofficial offspring’s earnings to over $1,008,900.
NRHA’s first-ever Million Dollar Owner, Lance Griffin, owns the 1999 stallion. Whiz N Tag Chex is sired by the only NRHA Eight Million Dollar Sire Topsail Whiz and is out of Tag Chex by King Fritz. His lifetime earnings are almost $130,000 with many great wins under his cinch.
