My forever favorite, Savannah

Both of my parents have worked/and had a horse, and they are very capable of dealing with one. I have just started to riding in January and I have found out things that I did not know I could do. But the important thing that has happened is that I have met this beautiful, brown horse name Savannah.

She was 19 years old but now she has turned 20. Savannah is great QH. She can do anything that you ask her to do, and she will not give you a bad look if she does not want to, but sometimes she can get carried away with herself and she will start to trot when you want her to walk, but that is nothing that you cannot fix! I rode her for about 2 months or so and then one day she was not feeling really good and I had to switch and I have been riding that horse for about a month. I have gotten to know how he will act and what he will do next in just a month. The horse that I have been riding is about the same age as Savannah, but with a lot more energy and a kid like personality.

But after doing so well on that horse I had to switch because the person that leased that horse might keep the lease and I really wanted to lease one, so I switch again. That really did not bother me because the horse that I rode before the new one named "Roo" was not my size in height and I am about 5’2 or 5’3 so it did not work out. but it is OK.

The new horse "Roo" is a really funny horse. He has a huge personality, and he is kind-of hard to ride cause he will start to trot then stop really fast, he is a lazy, little boy but counting the personality he is a lot to handle, but nothing that is not hard! But all of the horses I am going to be with whether it be a new horse that I do not know or an old one that does not like me or vise-versa, I will all ways remember Savannah and kept her close to my heart and never let go to another horse.

Not my horse or the neighbors or any other one will not take her place. She was the first horse that I really got used to, and really got to know. Savannah was the thing that made me love to be involved with horses, she was the one that got me used to them and not to be scared of what they may think next to do when I am not looking whether it be kick me or something bad.

She was the first horse that I loved, and the one before Savannah will always stay with me and never leave because they are the most important thing to me and I will never ever forget them. I love you and I will not ever forget you! The nature of wanting to ride does not come from your parents it comes from the one that you ride and how your heart really feels about them!
