It’s not very noticeable (except to me) and I would like to know the procedure to fix it before he gets to much older.

Hello:
This is 100% due to genetics, all animals are subject to the conformation of their parents. Weanlings go through many changes in their legs as they grow. Pasture or very large pens is the safest way to good legs.

Dont panic unless the vet or farrier panics. Let the bones catch up to the muscles and vice versus.
