Excitement is mounting for the Arizona Sun Circuit show sponsored by the Arizona American Quarter Horse Association, where the first ever World Para Reining (WPR) approved classes will be held on January 30 and 31, at noon. The WPR is a new organization dedicated to fostering competitive reining events for disabled riders around the world.
Ticket packages for the 2015 Kentucky Reining Cup, April 24-25 at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY are now available. Packages include tickets for each of the individual days plus a new Super Saturday ticket, offering a discounted rate to attend the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event Cross-Country event in the afternoon, and the Kentucky Reining Cup Freestyle Reining in the evening on Saturday, April 25.

The National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) Futurity & Adequan® North American Affiliate Championship featured the semi-finals of the NRHA Open Futurity, including the Lucas Oil Level (L) 4 Open, on Monday, December 1. Nearly 60 open riders and horses entered the Jim Norick Coliseum Arena at Oklahoma State Fair Park to battle for a qualifying position in Saturday’s finals. The semi-finals continue on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Held Oct. 17-18, the Legacy Reining Breeders and Consignment Sales offered a record number of consignments, as 277 horses passed through the ring at Cardinal Reining Horses in Aubrey, Texas. Net and gross sales rose to all-time highs as a large crowd of reining enthusiasts packed the sale arena both days.
