Over the course of a decade-long partnership, Brian Hafner of Penngrove, CA and his 15-year-old Hanoverian gelding Lombardo LHF (Londonderry x Waluga by Werther) have successfully grown together from the Young Rider ranks into consistent performers in the Grand Prix arena. On the final day of California Dreaming Productions' Mid-Winter Dressage Fair CDI-W/Y/J/U-25 (presented by Hof Kasselmann) in Burbank, Hafner and Lombardo LHF added to their resume by winning the CDI Grand Prix Freestyle.

Great Britain's Charlotte Dujardin is the darling of the dressage world. Diamante Farm's Devon Kane and Destiny, the 16.2-hand dark bay Danish warmblood trained personally by Kane, notched another win under their cutaway during Week Three of the Adequan Global Dressage Festival, at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center, with a 67.843% finish in Saturday's FEI Grand Prix Special 2014.
