Magic Summer Breeze Now Owned and Ridden by Grandson, Kody Dunlap

In 2002 -- Karen Krahl from Returning Point Ranch in San Luis Obispo, CA purchased two young fillies from us. The following year she added two more Magic Babies to her herd. As they have matured, Karen has had several different trainers and clinicians ride and work with the youngsters as well as enjoy riding them herself. AKA (George) was put under the training of Cody Mora, Pick-up Man, family owns a professional rodeo company. He rides, ropes, and wins. Works at Rancho Arroyo Grande in Arroyo Grande, California. This is a shot of Cody's first ride on Hot Peponita Magic as a two year old stud colt. Cody's remarks after working with George for a week or two. "George" is the smartest colt I ever broke. " He liked the horse so well, that after we took him home and gelded him, and brought him back for another 90 days, George became his "using" horse. He used him daily to gather cattle, throw a rope off of, check cattle, over some rough terrain and in and out of creeks. "Cody's words ....nothin' bothers this horse. He don't ever do nothin." rough translation: Bombproof for a 2 year old, never acts up, never has bucked, reared, run off, shied etc. Has been on cattle, and longhorns, never balked at a job."

Hello Eunice & George! I just wanted to share a photo of Showy "Isle Show Bee Magic" with you. Life just doesn't get much better than days riding your horse! Showy will be turning 4 in August and I can't believe how time has flown by. She was suppose to be my horse.......well, she loves my husband Lynn more. I'm sure if she could bat her eyelashes at him she would. Lynn had never ridden horses and wanted to be trained with Showy, what a pair. They have become a great team learning together. We haven't found anything she won't try to do to please. Anything new she is willing to try as long as you tell her it's okay. Awesome horse! I don't think we could have found a more easy going foal. Tragically on 3-10-05 our Granddaughter's first horse, JP, severely colicked and had to be put down. Although devastated and in shock -- 10 year old Karlee immediately selected a Magic Baby from our herd and began training the coming 2 year old, Casino Magic Token, for her next mount. We are so very proud and pleased of what she and the filly have accomplished in just two months. As you can see -- The "MAGIC" continues and can cast its spell at any time and at any age!!!!
